The DXA-5D gives you the ability to connect professional microphones and other audio gear to the Canon 5D Mark II camera. This adaptor brings a whole new functionability to this camera that was previously unavailable. Features dual-balanced XLR inputs with phantom power, level meters to ensure proper recording levels and a headphone connector to monitor the input audio.

In addition, a unique AGC Disable feature controls the wild swings of the Auto Gain Control in the camera to dramatically reduce the hiss generated by the preamplifiers during quiet moments of recording.
